“Once Upon a Time” (Na ishte dikur) is the second costume design exhibition by Lirika Pojani in Korçë. In this second exhibition, realized in collaboration with Vasil Miho, the artists have brought to life through stage props the costumes of Themistokli Germenji and the French commander during the declaration of Korçë as an autonomous region, as well as traditional garments from various areas of southeastern Albania.

The exhibition draws attention with the costume designs representing Macedonian and Roma communities, as well as figures from Korçë’s well-known theater and music scene.

More than 25 traditional costumes from southeastern Albania are presented in the exhibition, while costume designer Lirika Pojani’s goal is to preserve the tradition of Albanian folk attire.
