Five people have been arrested following a shooting incident that occurred today on Gjilan Street in Pristina.

According to KosovaPress, police took swift action by arresting four suspects and seizing the weapons used in the incident.

Police also managed to identify and apprehend a fifth suspect, from whom another firearm was confiscated.

In coordination with the State Prosecutor’s Office, the suspects were taken to the police station for 48 hours and charged with criminal offenses including the use of weapons or dangerous tools, unauthorized possession of weapons, and unauthorized possession of narcotics.

Investigations are ongoing to clarify the circumstances of the incident.
