Following the escape of convicted inmate Altin Ndoci, described as a dangerous individual and a member of a criminal group under investigation by SPAK, authorities have suspended the command chain at Durrës Prison.

The suspension order was issued just hours after the escape, which occurred at the Durrës Infectious Diseases Hospital.

According to details, Altin Ndoci was undergoing a medical examination earlier today and was escorted by two police officers. Preliminary information indicates that Ndoci assaulted one of the officers and managed to flee the scene. Reports suggest that a vehicle was waiting for him outside the hospital.
