In the message shared, it is emphasized that the decision to grant a visa remains at the discretion of the consular officer, who may refuse an application if there are doubts that the applicant will comply with the established conditions.

The Embassy also reminds applicants that the use of a visa must be in accordance with the relevant regulations, stressing that responsibility for complying with these rules lies with the travelers themselves.
