“At the invitation of President Vjosa Osmani, earlier today I met with her to discuss the latest political and international developments of importance to Kosovo.
During this meeting, I was informed about President Donald Trump’s initiative to establish the Peace Board—an initiative that aims to strengthen stability, dialogue, and peace, and that reinforces Kosovo’s international position.
I expressed to President Osmani the full support of the Democratic League of Kosovo for this initiative. Strengthening peace, alliances—especially with the United States—and Kosovo’s international role must be our priority.
LDK remains committed to Euro-Atlantic orientation and close cooperation with our strategic allies,” Abdixhiku wrote.
