The United States Embassy in Tirana shared an official message this Thursday regarding the role of the American Chamber of Commerce in Albania in relation to the country’s economy and cooperation with U.S. diplomatic representatives.
In a post published on the official page of the U.S. Embassy in Tirana, the Embassy highlighted the significant impact the American Chamber has on the country’s economic development. The post also featured a photo of Chargé d’Affaires Nancy Van Horn meeting with several company executives and representatives of the American Chamber.

“Representing 270 member companies that generate nearly 25 percent of Albania’s GDP, the American Chamber of Commerce in Albania serves as an important bridge between American investors and Albania, as well as a driver of economic growth. Chargé d’Affaires Nancy Van Horn joined the American Chamber yesterday to discuss their strategy for increasing U.S. exports and investment and creating a level playing field to attract more American businesses to Albania.”
Through this message, the Embassy underlined its commitment to strengthening economic ties between Albania and the United States, with a particular focus on boosting investment and increasing exports.
