The Chairman of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, has departed for Brussels to participate in the 50th anniversary of the European People’s Party (EPP).
During his stay in the Belgian capital, Berisha is expected to hold an intensive schedule of meetings with leaders and representatives of allied right-wing parties across Europe, aimed at strengthening political cooperation and coordination on shared challenges.
The visit will also focus on a meeting with the Speaker of the Belgian Parliament, as well as an official reception at the Parliament premises.
The official reception is scheduled for tomorrow, while the expanded EPP Summit is planned for the following day, where strategic issues and political cooperation will be discussed.
Participation in this important EPP anniversary comes at a key moment for the Democratic Party and the Albanian opposition, aiming to strengthen international support and deepen relations with European partners.
