Prime Minister Edi Rama has called a meeting at the Socialist Party headquarters with the 12 new political leaders of the SP in the regions.
The meeting comes one day after the changes presented by the Socialist leader at the Socialist Party Assembly held in Durrës.
Thus, Taulant Balla has been appointed regional leader in Tirana.
Erion Malaj has been appointed regional leader in Kukës. Ulsi Manja, from the Lezhë region, has been moved to serve as political leader in Dibër.
Enea Karakaçi has been appointed regional leader in Shkodër. Meanwhile, Blendi Klosi, previously political leader in Dibër, will be appointed regional leader in Durrës. Ermal Nufi has been appointed regional leader in Lezhë.
Arbjan Mazniku remains political leader in Elbasan, as does Belinda Balluku in the Fier region. There are no changes in the Korçë region, as Niko Peleshi remains political leader.
Mirela Kumbaro, Ervin Demo and Bledi Çuçi also remain political leaders of Gjirokastër, Berat and Vlorë, as previously appointed.
Rama removed four names: Benet Beci, Emirjana Sako, Elisa Spiropali and Eduard Shalsi.
