The Central Election Commission (KQZ) of Kosovo has completed the recount process for 185 polling stations for which a recount had been ordered.
According to KQZ spokesperson Valmir Elezi, before the final election results can be announced, the legal deadlines for submitting and reviewing complaints related to the counting and recounting process must first be completed.
Regarding the formation of new institutions, there have been calls within the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) for a possible coalition with the Vetëvendosje Movement.
However, the idea of cooperation with Vetëvendosje has been opposed by most of the LDK leadership and party structures, leaving the political landscape uncertain ahead of the certification of the election results.
