An accident took place at the Qafe-Muzine road in southern Albania today, as the minibus traveling from Tirana-Saranda swerved off the road and fell over the bridge.

Preliminary reports from the police confirm 4 victims.

Sources close to Euronews Albania, report that the minibus ended up off the bridge after crashing with another vehicle, namely a land-rover.

According to data posted by INSTAT, during the first 7 months of 2021, the number of citizens getting into road accidents is 1,050 and the number of fatalities is 118.
