Further, the indictment states that ‘the three accused, acting according to preparations and a well-organized plan in advance, through the use of violence with heavy weapons, have tried to separate the northern part of the territory of the Republic of Kosovo, respectively the municipalities inhabited by Serb majority and to join this part of the territory to the Republic of Serbia, in which case, as a result of the violence used, the police officer Afrim Bunjaku died and the lives of other police officers and the civilian population were endangered.
