All citizens above the age of 18 will be eligible to get a COVID-19 vaccine shot on Tuesday and Wednesday, declared health minister Ogerta Manastirliu.,
Speaking to the media from a vaccination site in the coastal city of Vlora, Manastirliu said that the country aims to ramp up the massive vaccination campaign and include all +18 citizens across the country.

“Based on a recommendation from the experts of the Public Health Institute, we decided, like in many other countries, to launch a vaccination campaign for all citizens more than 18 years of age on Tuesday and Wednesday”, the health minister announced.
Manastirliu extended her invitation to all those +18 by completing a form at the government’s portal, e-Albania, in order to apply for the COVID-19 vaccine.
“We will use the platform e-Albania so that all citizens that want to get vaccinated can start applying from tomorrow”, concluded minister Manastirliu.
