61 works of local painters and sculptors, which tell the history of Albanian society chronologically, are being shown to the public in the art gallery in Saranda.
The works belong to about 60 authors, from Saranda and beyond.
“Today, 61 works are exhibited, including landscapes, oil portraits, watercolors, hard materials, sculptures, stone…”, says Lefter Çeko.
The themes of the works made in paintings or sculptures are the experiences of the Albanian society in different periods of time.
The exhibition that has had high interest from the public will continue to remain open until November 23.
“So they all show the life, the psychology of that time, so they are an exhibition that browses the history of that period in a conventionally visible way through colour, pastels… This exhibition continues until the 23rd and then we will have another exhibition that comes to us from the fund of the national gallery”, says Çeko.
This exhibition, focusing on Albanian society and authors, will be followed by another exhibition with national motifs, within the framework of the month of Independence.
