Yesterday evening in the Casterlfiorentino province of Florence in Italy a 35-year-old woman named Klodiana Vefa of Albanian origin was executed with a bullet by her husband.

The crime took place on Via Galvani street, shortly after 20:00 on Thursday evening.

The 35-year-old had constant disagreements with her husband and they had distanced themselves from each other recently.

Vefa worked as a waitress in a pizzeria and was integrated into the community of Castelfiorentino, where she had lived for a long time.

The police have launched an operation to catch the perpetrator, conducting checks in the entire area and setting up roadblocks on the entrance and exit roads of the province.

In the municipality where the shocking event took place, the next day has been declared a day of mourning, while it is expected that there will be tributes from the residents in honor of the executed Albanian.

Also, all the residents of this municipality will join in a silent demonstration to honor the memory of the deceased and to denounce this case of crime which has shocked, since even though she is an Albanian immigrant, she was part of this community and her murder has affected everyone
