Albanians feel safe on streets, Gallup report: 80% trust the police

72% of the population globally feel safe and trust the local police.

Gallup’s latest report on safety and trust in 2022 revealed that approximately 7 in 10 people worldwide reported that they feel safe walking alone at night where they live and have confidence in their local police.

As far as Albania is concerned, the report estimates that this trust and security is higher.

About 80% of the Albanian population answered that they feel safe while walking on the street at night and trust the police.

The percentage of people who said they feel safe walking alone at night remained unchanged from last year.

Globally, it can be seen that 12% of the population reported thefts in their homes, among 16% they were attacked on the street to be robbed.

As for security, it can be seen that the citizens of Kuwait have reported that they feel the safest in relation to the whole world.
