Unemployment is the most pressing issue for Albanian citizens, notes the survey conducted by the prestigious company MRB for Euronews Albania.
In the midst of 1.000 interviews, 51.4% thought that unemployment is among the top three main issues that the country is facing at the moment.
Coming in second is corruption (46%), while third economy (43.8%).
Apart from the aforementioned, other matters of concern for Albanians are living costs, emigration, and healthcare.

In a comparison made between two surveys, one conducted ahead of the parliamentary polls (April 19) and another in the post-election period (May 25 – June 2), on both occasions unemployment stayed at the top of the list.
But while prior to the elections, the economy was the second most mentioned concern, after the elections its place was taken over by another issue; corruption.
Meanwhile, COVID-19 was considered as the fourth most worrying issue before the elections, after the polls that got replaced by living costs.
One of the issues that were chosen the least by those surveyed were crime levels, which on both surveys ranked last.
Methodology
The survey was done for Euronews Albania by the prestigious company MRB who conducted 1.000 face-to-face interviews (49.5% male, 50.5% female) in urban and rural areas with eligible voters (+18) from May 25 until June 2.
