American analyst Edward Joseph said in an interview for Euronews Albania that if Ukraine recognizes Kosovo as a state, 4 other countries will recognize it also. 

According to him, the 4 NATO countries, Greece, Romania, Slovakia and Spain have the key to Kosovo and Serbia and the normalization of the entire Balkans.

“If the 4 NATO countries, Greece, Romania, Slovakia and Spain, recognize Kosovo, the path to NATO opens that neither Serbia, nor Russia, nor China can block. This will force Serbia to recognize Kosovo. My proposal published in a newspaper is that if Ukraine recognizes Kosovo, Spain and others will do the same, the key here is not Serbia, but Greece and other NATO countries,” said the analyst.
