Analyst Andi Bushati stated that there is an anomaly regarding the decision that the court must make, to determine who will receive the seal of the Democratic Party.

During Euronews Albania’s ‘NOW with Erla Mehilli’, Bushati underlined that this issue, which could be resolved in 3 days, has not been resolved for 1 year.

According to him, this happens when the country is governed by a regime and a judiciary that move backward.

“The fact that something that can be solved in 3 days cannot be solved in 1 year, means that there is an anomaly here that is not correct. Here is my personal opinion, why is this anomaly created? Such anomalies always exist under autocratic regimes. When the political power and the prime minister keep the opposition divided, justice will also go backward. We are in this situation and I, from afar, invite you not to pretend that Berisha is to blame or Alibeaj is to blame. The problem here is that we have a regime that is using the courts in its favor”, he emphasized.
