The new parliamentary session in Kosovo started with debates. In the first session, where it was expected to have constructive debates about the lack of books for primary school students, the absence of the majority deputies made the purpose of the session fail.

However, the Speaker of the Assembly Glauk Konjufca made an exception by giving the floor to the opposition.

Opposition accused the party in power, also asking the question of whom it is afraid of that it does not face.

Meanwhile, the parliamentary group of ‘Vetëvendosje’, through a media conference, announced the reasons for boycotting this session.

The lack of quorum, boycotting sometimes by the government and sometimes by the opposition, has caused the plenary sessions to fail even during the spring session. It remains to be seen if the poor start of work by the Assembly, failing in the first session, will continue during the autumn.
