Through a letter sent to Garda of the Republic of Albania, the Assembly requests that Democratic Party MPs for whom disciplinary action has been taken by the ethics commission are not allowed to take part in parliamentary activities in the presidency of the Assembly.

Specifically, the Assembly demands that the democratic MPs Gazment Bardhi, Bledion Nallbati, Flamur Noka, Edi Paloka, Albana Vokshi, Saimir Korreshi are not allowed to preside over the Assembly until the end of the announced term.

Democratic Party has reacted regarding the letter of the Assembly about Garda and not allowing the deputies of the DP in the premises of the Assembly.

“The President of the Assembly and the General Secretary of the Assembly violated the law and the regulation. They usurped powers they don’t have. The decision of the ethics commission says: only for commissions and plenary sessions”, says the reaction.

Today’s morning at the Presidency of the Assembly was accompanied by tensions as the opposition MPs were not allowed to enter the offices of the Presidency.
