Despite the country experiencing low temperatures, this Sunday in Vlora saw locals taking a swim in the sea.
A beach day in the last week of February might seem unusual, but not for the people of Vlora.
Taking advantage of the sunny weather and the weekend, they went for a swim near the “Uji i Ftohtë” area, bravely defying the cold temperatures.
