On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the “Order of Skanderbeg,” President Bajram Begaj decorated former President Alfred Moisiu with the “Grand Star” of the Supreme Order of the Eagle.

Also, the same order was awarded to distinguished surgeon Besim Elezi and linguist Seit Mansaku for their contributions in their respective fields.

Meanwhile, with the title “Grand Officer,” President Begaj decorated researcher Aurel Plasari and historian Pëllumb Xhufi.
