The head of the Democratic Party Sali Berisha from Shkodra has stated that the floods did not come from God but from the hand of man while referring to the government.
In a statement to the press, he accused Prime Minister Edi Rama and Minister Belinda Balluku, saying that there was mismanagement of the cascade dictated by government theft.
“This natural disaster is certainly not rare, but quite special this time, it is all not the hand of God, but the hand of the thieving slave. Why do I say this?! Let me explain… I say this because this was created primarily by the mismanagement of the cascade absolutely dictated by government theft. What happened?! During these days, so that the good citizens know, Edi Rama and his minister Balluku, have not produced energy, but have bought energy with 226 megawatts in the stock market! At a time when the contracted energy of 10 million euros could be produced without any kind of limitation these are the consequences in the Drin cascade” – said Berisha, who added that Edi Rama blames the media and the opposition for the disaster he himself created.
