The head of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, declared that they officially have the party’s logo as there is a court decision that recognizes it.

According to him, Prime Minister Rama is the one who does not allow the registration of the court’s decision.

“That doesn’t mean we don’t have a logo, we have the logo. The court has decided. The court’s decision for a party includes a check of the documentation and principles and whether or not it complies with the Constitution. That’s it. They have no other business,” said Berisha.

The chief democrat also added that the situation will get the solution it deserves since everything that is happening is political.

“The solution will be the revolution. Without discussion. There is nothing here, the judge has given the decision. We will obey the decision, the law,” said Berisha.
