The MP of the Democratic Party, Luan Baçi, says that several solutions are being considered, so that this political force can be registered in the local elections on May 14.

In an interview for Euronews Albania, Baçi said that a solution could be what was tried in the partial elections on March 6 of last year, but underlined that it will be strongly urged that the decision of the Court of First Instance be registered in the register of parties and the Democratic Party to continue its activity.

“Step by step, there will be a solution. We had the example of March 6, 6 municipalities in snap elections. The solution was found, apart from the political will, there was also a legal solution. This and many other solutions are being discussed until the legal date, to give a fairer and better solution in favor of the Democrats. We will strongly insist that the decision of the court in the First Instance be registered in the register of parties and that the Democratic Party continue its activity unhindered”, he emphasized.
