European Union foreign ministers are meeting in Luxemburg to deal with several issues, including the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue.
EU High Representative Josep Borrell will provide details on the meeting between Kosovo’s Prime Minister Albin Kurti and Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic to the bloc’s foreign ministers.
The enlargement process is also set to be discussed at the EU General Affairs Council but without any anticipated outcome.
Since Bulgaria has not lifted its veto on North Macedonia, it is highly unlikely that the meeting will conclude with the approval of the negotiating chapters.
