Enkelejd Alibeaj held a meeting with several branches of the Democratic Party in Tirana this Thursday.

During his speech, Alibeaj also focused on the decision expected to be taken by the Court of Appeal on March 3, regarding the seal and logo of this political force.

Alibeaj addressed Sali Berisha’s group by saying that the right side will win and added that from the legal standpoint, they have no right or evidence to take their case to trial. 

“What happens on the 3rd? The right will win, the law will win, the contribution will win, history will win, the future of the Democratic Party will win. So, calm down because what comes after the 3rd, in any case, will be a greater burden for the Democrats, a greater weight of responsibility than today for the Democrats, for the Albanians and for Albania.

This is what really concerns me rather than the technicalities of the decision. Do you want to know the decision? They neither have the right to go to court, nor do they have evidence to go to court. With a judge who, as we all know, is politically corrupt and under the pressure of all those elements, including financial ones, gave that kind of decision”, claimed Alibeaj.
