The global campaign “16 Days of activism against gender-based violence” has also started in Kosovo.

This campaign is being held under the care of the Ministry of Justice. The head of this institution, Albulena Haxhiu, had a call for all those women who experience domestic violence.

Prime Minister Albin Kurti was also present at the opening of this campaign.

While from the representatives of the women’s network of Kosovo, there were criticisms and demands.

That there is still work to be done, the head of the parliament, Glauk Konjufca, said on the second day of this campaign.

This campaign, where there will be numerous activities for 16 days, was said to be the best proof that the institutions of Kosovo are trying their best to punish and prevent violence against women and violence in the family.
