Calls against Kosovo in a football match in Serbia have brought the reaction of Pristina. Kosovo government officials have requested the reaction of official institutions.

The choreography used by Serbian fans “Delije” during the match between “Red Star” and Fiorentina in Belgrade, has evoked many reactions. The choreography in which was written “When the army returns to Kosovo”, for Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislimi is a clear message, which the Serbian President, Aleksandër Vučić, deliberately does not mention publicly.

“He needs such actions to feed hatred and ethnic nationalism in the public opinion, the entire state apparatus in Serbia is built so that the media, sports, art, culture, science, are used as propaganda tools and to incite violence, terror, tensions and war”, wrote Bislimi.

Even the Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports, Hajrulla Çeku, has stated that Serbia is using the fans for messages of war. He emphasized that the international community should not be silent about this action.

“War threats from the football stadium must be opposed by international football organizations, which we invite to take appropriate punitive measures. These actions of Serbia are unacceptable, therefore the international community should not remain silent”, Čeku wrote.
