Croatia, inflation hits a new high

Consumer prices in Croatia rose by 13.2 % year-on-year in October, so inflation hit a new high since the Croatian Statistical Office (DZS) kept a record of the data.

The highest year-on-year inflation rate in Croatia so far was recorded in September at 12.8 percent.

The prices of goods and services for personal consumption also increased monthly by 1.3 percent.

According to DSZ data, from the beginning of the year to the end of October, inflation increased by 9.4 percent compared to the same period last year.
