Tuesday marked the 24th consecutive day of protests in Tirana, with citizens once again gathering in Skanderbeg Square before marching along the main boulevard and positioning themselves in front of the Prime Minister’s Office.

The protest began with two minor verbal confrontations. A woman in Skanderbeg Square and a man outside the Prime Minister’s Office expressed differing views from those of the protest organizers. A smaller turnout was also observed compared to previous days.

It is worth recalling that on the 23rd day of the demonstrations, the organizing group presented five demands. The main requests included the non-negotiable resignation of Prime Minister Edi Rama and his government, as well as the establishment of a non-partisan transitional technical government with a 12-month mandate.
