Today marks the 33rd anniversary of the establishment of the Democratic Party of Albania.

This anniversary has divided this political force, where the two groups, the one headed by Lulzim Basha and the one headed by former prime minister Sali Berisha, will celebrate separately.

Lulzim Basha has chosen to celebrate the anniversary of the establishment of the DP with his group at the Palace of Congresses, while Berisha with his supporters at the Tirana International Hotel (known as the 15-story).

In the images provided by Euronews Albania, Sali Berisha is seen accompanied by his daughter Argita Berisha in the festive ceremony that is expected to start with the supporters of the Re-establishment.
