In its official request to the KQZ, the Democratic Party expressed serious concern over the discrepancy between the number of ballots produced and the sum of those used, unused, or declared damaged.

According to the figures presented in the request:

3,534,792 ballots were officially produced

1,463,204 ballots were found in the ballot boxes (used)

1,935,834 ballots were declared as unused

5,000 ballots were declared damaged

This leaves an unaccounted difference of 130,754 ballots.

“The numbers clearly show that 130,754 unused ballots are missing,” the request states.

The opposition has urged the KQZ to provide detailed clarifications on the handling and whereabouts of these ballots and to conduct a full verification of all ballot box contents, citing the need for transparency and integrity in the electoral process.
