The legal representative of the group of Enkelekd Alibeaj requested the cancellation of the decision of the First Instance, or the return to the First Instance.

Meanwhile, the legal representative of Sali Berisha’s group, Ivi Kaso, stated that the party has submitted an appeal, it is not legitimate to appeal. Among other things, he requested the dismissal of the complaint of the Alibeaj group.
