The Democratic Party represented by Flamur Noka submitted this Tuesday a criminal complaint against the mayor of Rsokovec, Majlinda Bufi.

The denunciation was made on the charge of “misuse of duty” as well as “intimidation or violence against the participants in the elections”.

“Majlinda Bufi, with active and direct actions, it turns out that during the election campaign for the local elections of May 14, 2023, she personally committed several serious violations of the Electoral Code and the Criminal Code, such as threats, pressure and blackmail against public administration employees to prevent them from voting freely”, – it is stated in the request of the Democratic Party addressed to the Prosecutor’s Office.
