Two days ahead of the race for the Democratic Party’s leadership, the Electoral Commission shared the list of the party’s members.
The list contains the names of 75.067 members, divided into 76 voting commissions.
The lists were opened up in presence of the representatives of the candidates.
Aiming to assure transparency for an equal race, the head of the Electoral Commission, Jemin Gjana, declared that after opening the system, branches will receive the sealed lists with the signatures of the members of the commission, including those of the candidates running for the chairmanship of the Democratic Party.
