The Head of the Investigative Commission for Health, Albana Vokshi, has sent a letter to the Speaker of the Assembly for the suspension and postponement of the Investigative Commission until the end of the punishment of the MPs, since the exemptions turned out to be illegal.
Vokshi said that the Speaker of the Assembly had no reaction.
“Another concern is the evaporation of witnesses, knowing that the Commission has a deadline until November 14, the witnesses do not present themselves with epicrisis or health reports. We have asked the Italian shareholders of the Italian companies that have received the concessions. For the second time they refuse to come, despite having received millions as shareholders and consultants. They say they are on private engagements in Romania. If they don’t show up on Monday, Ubro Tacini and two other Italian shareholders will be summoned to the police,” said Vokshi.
The head of the Commission has requested that the Project Implementation Unit be made available to her, as well as the appointment orders of the members of the JPZP or working groups.
“You took 11 people into custody, without knowing their position in advance, without having the orders to appoint them. Their evidence should not be considered in the Report. I request that the members of the working groups be called and come to testify. I also request that Ogerta Manastiliu come again to testify. We have many questions about it. The latter has said that it will bring a lot of information in writing. So far we do not know if he has brought any information. The Fico of the QSTU did not bring the requested information. We demand that the investigation becomes serious”, said Vokshi.
The member of the Investigative Committee, deputy Ina Zhupa, said that an Investigative Committee will have to be set up to investigate this Investigative Committee, so many are the legal violations that have occurred by this Investigative Committee, the illegal expulsion of deputies, collisions and obstacles from the guard.
“Plarent Ndreca has a lawyer Yzeirin, Beqja also has a lawyer Yzeirin, so they have the same lawyer as a prisoner, as a person who should investigate Beqja. The deadline set for the closing on November 14 is insufficient also due to the long list of witnesses who do not appear for various reasons. That’s why we need a postponement of the deadline of the Investigative Commission to implement the tasks given by the parliamentary session”, said Zhupa.
Deputy Zheni Gjergji asked for the postponement of the Investigative Committee due to the fall of the measures of illegal exclusion of opposition MPs, part of this Investigative Committee, according to the decision of the Administrative Court.
