The leader of the Democratic Party Lulzim Basha met with supporters from Gjirokastra, Tepelena, and Permet to discuss the general elections held in April.
“I am here today to request to you to come out of this not only more unified but also determined in the pursuit of this battle”, Basha said.
Basha referred to the electoral race as “unequal” but reiterated that it made Democrats stronger.
“You know very well what happened during the process, you’re not only witnesses to that, you are the actors and the factors of the confrontation, the treacherous targets of a political opponent that didn’t treat you as an equal, but as an enemy and despite that confrontation we came out from that electoral massacre even stronger and bigger than we were when we entered”, concluded the leader of the Democrats.
