“Lulzim Basha is organizing rallies where crowds of people challenge government measures, while Rama has turned his campaign in an active commentator of the opposition”, said analyst Andi Bushati during tonight’s Shock.
According to him, the Democrats are risking their lives for a better future, something that was ruled out by the other analyst Baton Haxhiu.
Bushati believes that DP supporters are not motivated by Basha’s calls, but due to the fact that they do not see any future perspective if the Socialists win a third mandate.
Citizens, said Bushati, are ready to risk their lives only to bring Rama’s government to an end.
“The people are there because the battle against the regime prevails over the threat on their life. They are there out of desperation because they think it’s better to have a hellish ending rather than an endless hell”, he said.
On the other hand, Baton Haxhiu maintained a different stance claiming that until now Albania has “never had proper welfare, nor a better perspective for the future”.
“Albanians have never had a better future in their history up until now. They’ve never lived better than now and they’ve never sensed better welfare than now”, he said.
Haxhiu added that there is no other regime in the world, apart from that who kills, which makes crowds put their life in danger.
