Prime Minister Edi Rama said that there will not be any incidents on the day of the December 6 summit in Tirana, while emphasizing that the security perimeter for the summit will not be negotiated with anyone.

In a communication with the press on social media, Rama informed that the summit has been planned and organized for a long time and that all measures have been taken by Albania and the European organizers.

“I do not believe that we will have incidents. The summit has been planned and organized for a long time and involves the participation of many institutions. The security perimeter of the summit is not negotiated. It does not happen and there is no way to protest in favor of the summit, but against it. But they can only take place outside security perimeters in all cases and countries. I don’t see it as an issue between the SP, the government and part of the so-called opposition. But it marks a stain upon the security of the Summit which will not be negotiated with anyone”, said Rama.
