Minister of Education, Evis Kushi informed the media after the end of the government meeting that a decision has been approved regarding study programs that do not have high interest from students.
She stated that every student who decides to continue his studies in these branches will benefit from a scholarship equal to the minimum salary, i.e. 40,000 lek every month, on the condition that for 3 years after the end of his studies he will make his contribution to the country.
“The quotas for these scholarships will be allocated according to the university, depending on the study programs and the number of students,” explained Kushi.
The minister added that for these students, in order to benefit from the scholarship, they removed the average of 8.5.
