The Democratic Party has launched another series of accusations over the alleged electoral fraud at the parliamentary polls held on April 25.

The representative of the Democrats at the Central Election Commission, Marash Logu, claimed that data retrieved from the Commission for Appeals and Sanctions (CAS) on electronic identification devices in the county of Vlora upon DP’s request show that the fingerprints of 23 people have been used for the identification of 60 voters.

In other words, chances are that these 23 people have voted 60 times or around three times each.

Another alleged violation pointed out was over one fingerprint which was discovered to have voted in two different municipalities.

A similar repetition was also found in the Municipality of Saranda and Konispol, where one person had cast a vote twice.

According to DP’s representative, four pieces of evidence taken into consideration by CAS confirm nearly 200 flagrant violations.
