Public and private universities will start registering students who have been declared winners from this Tuesday.

Registrations will be in two rounds and will last until September 21. Out of 19 thousand applicants, 43% have chosen the branches of the Faculty of Economics of Tirana.

While youth who have been declared winners in more than one branch will have to choose where they will continue their studies, Dean Kule asks those who want economic branches not to rush as there is room for everyone.

“Students should not worry because even if all those who have been declared winners are registered, 291 vacancies remain, because they have been declared winners in one of the 4 branches of the Faculty of Economics. Those who have been declared winners can enroll in other universities and faculties. Graduates should not rush if they have decided to be students of the Faculty of Economics and to be after 5 years specialists sought by the Albanian market”, said Kule.

Kule attributes the high demand for the Faculty of Economics to the professional staff, which consists of 174 lecturers, of which 74 are professors, 51 doctors and 51 with masters who are in the process of doctorates. Another advantage of the faculty he directs is the involvement of the university in international projects since 1993, as well as the development of teaching in English for 5 years.
