Candidate of SMI in the County of Tirana, Erisa Xhixho said on tonight’s Ilva Now that her goal on April 25th is to win 11 mandates in the Tirana, and 35 on a national level. She supports this pretense with the adding numbers of disappointed socialists.
“We are aiming 11 mandates in Tirana, the changes are all there, as there are many disappointed socialists that prefere SMI in the April 25th elections. On a national level we are expecting 35 mandates, across the entire country. I believe that this goal is entirely doable,” said Xhixho.
According to her the polls aren’t showing reality as this has always happened even in the previous elections, when since 2005, SMI has only seen a rise.
“Knowing that SMI since 2004/2005, we have always seen polls saying that SMI is falling. The battles of SMI have been there during all the elections. Polls and analysts forget how SMI works. When we are attacked, we become even stronger. Since 2005 we have only seen a rise in our electorate and number of MPs in parliament,” said SMI’s candidate.
