On Tuesday, Prime Minister Edi Rama and EU Ambassador to Albania Luigi Soreca inspected the two schools and kindergartens in Rubin which had been severely damaged by the devastating earthquake that struck the country on November 26, 2020.
The reconstruction was made possible thanks to the EU for Schools program which allocated €75 million for 63 schools that were damaged due to the quake.
