The draw for the semi-finals of the 70th edition of the Eurovision Song Contest has determined the allocation of countries’ performances across the two semi-final nights, during a ceremony held at Vienna City Hall (Rathaus).
Thirty of the 35 broadcasters have been allowed to compete in the semi-finals, each of which will feature 15 performances.
The exact running order for both semi-finals will be determined at the end of March. Albania will be represented at the “Austria Arena” with the song “Nan” by Alis Kallaçi.
After combining the public and jury votes, the top 10 countries from each semi-final will advance to the grand final, joining the five countries that are already qualified. The final will take place on May 16.
France, Germany, Italy, the United Kingdom, and Austria are automatically qualified for the final, but must broadcast and vote in one of the semi-final nights.
