The former US Secretary of State, Henry Kissinger, has passed away at the age of 100 years old.
The head of the Albanian Government, Edi Rama, reacted to his loss by saying that his books will always remain with the people.
In a post he made on social networks, Rama said that he had a conversation with Kissinger, which according to him will be one of the most beautiful conversations he remembers.
“Your books remain for humanity as the priceless wealth of a rare experience and wisdom, and will be available to anyone today and always, who wants to learn about international relations and geopolitics;
balances between powers and political realism in maintaining peace and designing ways out of interstate conflicts; strategic thinking and the long-term perspective of foreign policy; the role of the inexact science of history and the importance of individual talent when decisions must be made in the face of the fog of tomorrow. I personally will also be grateful for the precious time you generously gave me, giving me one of the most beautiful conversations I remember.
Rest in peace Dr. Kissinger” wrote Albanian Prime Minister.
