Trade exchanges between Albania and Israel rose significantly during 2025. Through imports and exports, the two countries traded goods with a total value of €37 million.
Data from the Institute of Statistics show that Albanian exports to Israel reached €10.4 million, compared to €4 million in 2024.
The increase is also substantial compared to previous years. Food products, beverages and tobacco, minerals and fuels, as well as textiles and footwear are the main groups dominating trade with Israel.
On the other hand, imports from Israel remain higher than exports, reaching around €27 million over the past year.
Investments between the two countries have also recorded a notable increase in recent years. According to data from the Bank of Albania, in the first nine months of 2025, Israeli investments in Albania reached approximately €19 million, a figure several times higher than in previous years.
Most recently, Israeli investors have also shown increased interest in the real estate market, a sector of major importance for the country’s economic development during this period.
