Albania has started investments in the defense field. At the defense industry fair, Albania presents the first armored vehicle called ‘Shota’.

This is Shota, the armored car, which weighs 7 tons and took 24 hours a day, for three months, to build. The creator is an Albanian girl, Arjeta Puca, who together with her team produced the first armored military vehicle “Made in Albania”.

17 people, where 70% of Arjeta’s staff are girls, worked day and night so that Shota would not miss anything. It is not a first-of-its-kind machine, where, in addition to the Bind, it is an anti-mine machine.

Shota’s purpose is to protect and transport soldiers. Ready to respond to any counter attack that may come from firearms. The blind machine will be available to any country that needs it.

Such an industry in Albania is still not developed. This is exactly the goal of the creator, Arjeta, to be the pioneers of this sector, which is demanding more and more protection every day.

The prototype of this armored car does not yet have a price, but similar basic variants of international defense companies cost several hundred thousand euros.

Currently, the car is in Paris, where our country participates for the first time in the event of the defense industry, where 62 countries and 2000 companies from all over the world participate.
