For the first time in the Balkans, a multimedia hall with 360-degree projection has opened in the city of Korca.
The purpose of this project is to create the first startups in the field of multimedia.
“We have put a lot of focus on technology, we see it as a unique opportunity to generate well-paid jobs for the young men and women of our city, of our municipality without the need for them to leave the country and I believe that this project that we are launching will occupy an important space in young people’s lives”, said the mayor of Korca, Sotiraq Filo.
“For the first time in Albania, we inaugurate a multimedia hall with 3D projection. Korca continues to be the first in innovation,” emphasized the Minister of State for Entrepreneurship Protection, Edona Bilali.
This hall will be geared towards but not limited to young people in the city, who will be encouraged to develop innovative ideas and create countless opportunities for their future.
“Not much time has passed since the day we were talking about these topics, it looked like an electoral campaign to create illusions of employment for young people. But, today we have hundreds of young people who have opened their first windows into the big world of new entrepreneurship, working from home, for companies all over the world. These are the first beginnings of a new world, of a new economy which is the salvation for cities like Korca,” declared the Minister of Defense, Niko Peleshi.
For the first time in our country, part of the personal collection of renowned Korca painter Vangjush Mio has been shown in the multimedia hall through a 3D projection.
